Hi! I’m Max and I’d like to welcome you to my garden. Whether you’re shopping seriously or just browsing, Eclectic Nature is an experience unlike any other in the Washington area. Bursting with beautiful, unusual things for home and garden, the shop is a series of indoor and outdoor rooms with a personality all its own. Located in the thriving Del Ray section of Alexandria, Eclectic Nature reflects the area’s vitality and whimsical, neighborhood feel.
Artfully arranged within the shop’s cozy interior is an appealing mix of traditional and contemporary furnishings, including lamps, pillows, frames, mirrors, chandeliers, and various small furniture pieces. Wandering from room to room, you’ll find tableware, bathroom accessories, items for baby’s nursery and a smattering of wearable things for women that range from downright pretty to frankly funky. Handbags are a specialty, and works by local artists adorn walls faux painted in luscious colors. Among the most interesting items are restored one-of-a-kind pieces refurbished with new paint and fresh, witty fabrics.
We also offer seminars, workshops, and space rental for special events. Our goal is to offer unique, educational and fun experiences.
